FEEDBACK MECHANISM
The college has a feedback mechanism for enhancing quality and excellence in various services being provided. Student feedback is critical towards ensuring that overall academic delivery system is satisfactory to their needs and objectives of learning. This system is implemented in each class itself once every month by the main class teacher/faculty the feedback form is designed on various criteria of quality rating on faculty and student interaction, course coverage, faculty academic delivery and overall academic delivery system. The monthly evaluation of each class during the session is monitor for these parameters and subsequent corrective and preventive action is taken under the supervision of Principal every month during the meetings, ensuring, plugging, week-links in the academic delivery system. In addition to that the college uses feedback system to improve the teaching learning process.

ECO-FRIENDLY
The integration of work and study is the key element in Dogra College of Education. All the students are obliged to gain practical experience in the course of their academic education. The concept of Clubs is seen as an opportunity for adaptation to life in the group and forming good life long habits. The college has dedicated environmental club which organizes various programmes related to environmental sustenance and upkeep. The club also organizes outreach programmes for the community and creates awareness and sensitization about various environmental issues to the general public. All the lights install in the college are energy efficient. The college conducts various drives & campaigns inside and outside the college such as Plantation Drive, Cleanliness Drive (Swacchta Abhiyan), Energy Conservation, Water Conservation, greening, awareness programmes. College is plastic free zone. Teacher Trainees are always ready to participate in the activities of Environmental Club.
